Venue Hire
Norwell Motorplex is the ideal facility for your next event. Whether it be a product launch, dealer or technical training or press and media days we have the facilities to accommodate for every activity. The facility can be hired for exclusive use or areas can be hired individually.
2.1km Circuit
The 2.1km circuit is short, sharp and technical with a mixture of corners that will test drivers and riders of all levels.
The track surface is hot mix bitumen. The circuit can be driven either direction always creating new challenges.
Skid Pan
The purpose built polished cement skid pan can be operated dry or wet through the use of an automatic flooding system with the water sourced from an onsite dam.
The skid pan can run independently of the race circuit.
Guests can view the skid pan from the shaded lawn area or from the air-conditioned indoor facility nearby.
Motorkhana Track
This short track is all about shapes – rectangles, cones, sharp corners which must be transverse as quickly and accurately as possible. The track is driver almost entirely in first gear showing the importance of throttle control.
It is also a challenge for the mind to remember the course.
4WD Track
Norwell Motorplex has a 4WD Track that can accommodate for any off road activity. The track is suitable for both cars, trucks, bikes and off road buggies.
The track includes hills climbs, bog holes, ascents and descents and water crossings.
Also available for exclusive hire is the Sirromet Winery 4WD Track.
Sirromet Winery has a range of varying difficulty tracks.
Both facilities allow clients the opportunity to develop driving skills in a range of off-road conditions.
Mechanical Turntable
Norwell Motorplex has the only mechanical turntable in the Southern Hemisphere.
The turntable is designed to simulate over steer in moving vehicles. This activity is a great tool for driver and technical training to demonstrate the technology of the vehicle.
Workshop Facility
Available for exclusive use is a full workshop which includes a hoist, tyre changing equipment, compressor and wash way with high pressure washer. Available on site is premium unleaded petrol.
Conference Facilities
At Norwell Motorplex we have fully equipped conference facilities.
Located in perfect viewing position of the track the business centre is a private and fully equipped meeting venue. With fully integrated audio visual and ‘one step’ projector system this is the ideal location for meeting and conferences.
Also available is a larger conference area which is suitable for larger groups and can easily fit a number of cars on display.
Site Branding
Branding is a major marketing tool and with exclsuive hire of Norwell Motorplex your company is welcome to brand the site how they wish. There are no restrictions to how little or much branding you may like to have for your event.
We can ensure there will be no competitors branding onsite at Norwell Motorplex for the duration of your event.
We are more than happy to help with any branding required.
Catering
Onsite we can accommodate for all of your catering requirements.
Our menus range from delicious sandwiches and homemade hamburgers to fresh oysters and prawns. Our food is prepared with fresh local produce.
We have a number of menus available. We can also create a menu to suit your event and budget.
AV Equipment
We have a number of Av Equipment onsite which are include in your site fee.
For additional equipment we can gain three quotes for you.
